What should i get my mom for Mother's Day? Any suggestions please?

My siblings are organizing and planning for a barbecue at my place (my parent's house) tomorrow. I'm not involved. I'm the youngest, always being left out.
So i figured out that i need to at least get my mom a present. Gone are my childhood/ teenage days whereby i simply give her a handmade card or a frame with a picture of myself.
She has more than enough handbags, brooches, silk shirts, etc. I have got no idea of what to give her. Well, i haven't made enough money to give her real gold or diamonds.
I'm pretty sure the others will come here with flowers and cakes tomorrow. Ermm…any other ideas or suggestions?

Can you find a picture of her, when she was pregnant with you?
If so, frame it all in satin and bows…as a reminder(yeah, like she needs one!) you're her last…so you're VERY special on this Mother's Day!

Ok, here's a question for all the women out there who love to shop!

I'm looking for a specific type of handbag, I'll try to explain. It may not be your taste/style, but it's what I'm after….

My mother has this handbag, she calls it her "beach bag" yet, it's made of soft cotton, and the design looks sort of "India". It's home made, and I would describe it as a type of "quilt" handbag, it's the kind you wear on your shoulder, with the longer straps and the straps "tie" in a knot. I'll upload a photo of it. What I'm hoping to do is find more like it online, but I don't know what to search for… "What exactly would you call these handbags?" I'll link photo.

hey everyone, christmas is here in about a month and i wanna start making gifts for my friends and family (yeah i am doing handmade gifts, not buying them) and i really dont have a clue in what to do???last year i made handbags for my aunts and cousins and sisters, i dont think i am doing that again. what do u guys think would be a nice gifts for friends? and for dad and uncles? mom and aunts? i asked some and here r some ideas:
- handmade pajama/boxers shorts for dad/uncles
- handmade cute pajama shorts/pants for sisters
- homemade cookies with christmas colored icing for friends
- handmade cards
- hand-knitted scarves for sisters/cousins/mom…???
- pretty pillows!

Name for my handbag business???

I am needing to make a name for my online handbag business….any suggestions? My mother is going to sell her handmade quilts as well. Should I include her name in this if I have the most items? Please help.

I personally think that you should use your name in your handbag business. Many designers use there name rather then something catchy. As far as your grand mother the decision should be made between you and her. I hope to see your work soon on the world wide web.
