ok, well there are TONS of differences between a replica and a real designer bag.

-for one most replicas are made in sweatshops,and then illegally imported into the U.S, so if you’re thinking about buying one, dont.

Meaning, as long as you stay under like ten million$$$USD sales a year of each particular brand, you will be fine because you are too small for them to attack, not worth it. Many MANY counterfeiters lurk in China and never get caught because it is too expensive to hunt them down.

I personally think that as long as you tweak the product with a different yet similar label and do tell that they are not authentic, than you shall be fine.
